引言 / Introduction

庭记（CourtNote）非常重视用户隐私与数据安全。本政策适用于您在 iOS 客户端使用 庭记（CourtNote） 的全部功能。我们遵循中国大陆法律（包括但不限于《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》《网络安全法》），并在需要时兼顾 GDPR 要求。

CourtNote attaches great importance to user privacy and data security. This policy applies to your use of all features of the CourtNote iOS client. We follow the laws of Mainland China (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, and the Cybersecurity Law), and make reference to GDPR requirements where necessary.

一、我们处理的数据类型 / I. Types of Data We Process

1. 文档与图片（本地）

您拍摄或导入的文档图片、生成的 PDF 文件默认仅存储在设备本地沙盒，不上传至我们或第三方服务器。

Documents and Images (Local)

Document images you capture or import and PDFs you generate are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us or to third parties.

2. 应用数据（本地 / 可选 iCloud）

案件信息、日程、偏好设置等数据默认保存在本地；当您在设置中主动开启 iCloud 同步后，仅"日程数据"可通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 在设备间同步。文档（图片 / PDF）与案件信息仍以本地保存为原则，不通过 iCloud 同步。

App Data (Local / Optional iCloud)

Case information, schedules, and preferences are stored locally by default. When you enable iCloud synchronization in Settings, only schedule data will sync across devices via Apple’s CloudKit. Documents (images/PDFs) and case data remain stored locally and are not synced through iCloud.

3. 权限与诊断数据

  • 相机：仅用于拍摄文档图片
  • 相册读取/写入：用于选择或保存图片 / 文档
  • 日历：在授权后用于读取 / 写入开庭与出差日程
  • 日志：用于排查故障，仅本地保存，不会自动上传

Permissions & Diagnostics

  • Camera: for capturing document images
  • Photos (read/write): for selecting images or saving generated documents when you choose
  • Calendar: for reading or writing schedules when authorized
  • Logs: stored locally for troubleshooting; never uploaded automatically

二、处理目的与法律依据 / II. Purposes and Legal Bases

1. 目的 / Purposes

实现文档拍摄与校正、PDF 生成、案件与日程管理、缩略图与缓存加速、跨设备同步（仅日程，可选）。

Document capture and correction, PDF generation, case and schedule management, caching optimization, and optional cross-device synchronization (schedules only).

2. 法律依据 / Legal Bases

您的同意（如启用 iCloud / 授权权限等）、履行与您之间的服务关系、以及在不影响您权益前提下的稳定与安全性需要。

Your consent (e.g., enabling iCloud or granting permissions), performance of our service relationship with you, and the necessity to ensure stability and security without prejudice to your rights.

三、数据存储与期限 / III. Storage and Retention

1. 本地存储 / Local Storage

文档与应用数据主要保存在设备本地，缓存采用 LRU 策略回收。您可在"设置 → 应用管理 → 存储用量"中清理缓存与临时文件。

Documents and app data are stored primarily on the device. Caches use an LRU strategy and can be cleared in Settings → App → Storage Usage.

2. iCloud / CloudKit

当您开启同步后，相关"日程数据"将由 Apple 的加密与访问控制机制保障存储与传输安全。我们不直接访问您的 iCloud 账户。

When synchronization is enabled, relevant schedule data is stored and transmitted securely via Apple’s encryption and access control mechanisms. We do not access your iCloud account directly.

3. 保留期限 / Retention

数据在您的设备存在期间保留；您可随时删除文档、案件或日程，并清理缓存。

Data is retained as long as it exists on your device. You can delete documents, cases, or schedules at any time and clear caches.

四、共享与第三方 / IV. Sharing and Third Parties

  1. 我们不向第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息或文档。

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or documents with third parties.

  2. 不进行广告跟踪，不嵌入第三方统计 SDK。

    No ad tracking or embedded third-party analytics SDKs.

  3. 开源组件（如 OpenCV）仅在本地运行，不回传您的数据。

    Open-source components (e.g., OpenCV) operate locally and never transmit your data.

五、跨境传输 / V. Cross-Border Transfers

  1. 本应用不自建服务器、不主动跨境传输您的数据。

    The App does not maintain its own servers and does not transfer your data across borders.

  2. 若您开启 iCloud，同步与存储由 Apple 提供并可能涉及跨境传输，适用 Apple 的隐私与合规规则。

    If you enable iCloud, synchronization and storage are provided by Apple and may involve cross-border transfers subject to Apple’s privacy rules.

六、您的权利 / VI. Your Rights

  1. 访问与复制 / Access & Copy：您可在应用内查看与导出文档 / PDF。

    You can view and export your documents/PDFs within the App.

  2. 更正与删除 / Rectification & Deletion：可编辑案件与日程，或直接删除文档 / 记录。

    You can edit or delete cases, schedules, and documents directly.

  3. 撤回同意 / Withdraw Consent：可随时关闭 iCloud 同步、撤销相机 / 相册 / 日历权限。

    You may disable iCloud synchronization or revoke camera/photos/calendar permissions at any time.

  4. 数据可携带 / Data Portability：通过导出 PDF 或备份实现可携带。

    You can export PDFs or backups to achieve data portability.

七、未成年人保护 / VII. Protection of Minors

本应用面向成年用户，不以未成年人为主要对象。如为不满 14 周岁之未成年人使用，请在监护人同意与指导下进行。

The App is intended for adults and not primarily for minors. If you are under 14 years old, please use it under the consent and guidance of a guardian.

八、安全措施 / VIII. Security Measures

依赖 iOS 沙盒、安全加密与 Apple 提供的系统安全机制；建议您为设备设置强口令与生物识别，并妥善保管 iCloud 账号。

We rely on the iOS sandbox, encryption, and Apple’s system security mechanisms. We recommend setting a strong passcode or biometric authentication and keeping your iCloud account secure.

九、政策更新 / IX. Updates to This Policy

我们可能因业务或法律变化更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内"关于"页或 App Store 页面提示。

We may update this policy due to business or legal changes. Material updates will be announced in the App’s “About” page or on the App Store page.
