一、适用范围 / I. Scope of Application
本协议适用于 庭记（CourtNote）桌面版客户端（以下简称"本应用"）。适用法律为中华人民共和国法律（包括但不限于《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》《网络安全法》），并在需要时参考 GDPR 要求。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读并同意本协议。如您不同意任一条款，请停止使用。
This Agreement applies to the CourtNote desktop client (the "App"). The governing laws are the laws of the People's Republic of China (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, and the Cybersecurity Law), with reference to GDPR requirements where applicable. Please read and agree to this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the App.
二、功能说明 / II. Features
1. 功能范围 / Features
通过系统文件选取器导入 PDF 文档、案件信息管理、日程记录与日历视图、本地存储、本机文字识别（用于传票日程预填和文档文字提取）；可选 iCloud 同步（高级会员功能）支持与同一 Apple ID 关联的 iPhone 设备共享案件、日程和文档数据。
Import PDF documents via the system file picker, case management, schedule recording and calendar view, local storage, and on-device text recognition for summons prefill and document text extraction; optional iCloud synchronization (premium feature) enables sharing of cases, schedules, and documents with iPhone devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
2. 权限用途 / Permissions
本应用无需申请相机、相册、屏幕录制或日历系统权限，所有文件导入通过系统标准文件选取面板完成；文字识别在本机使用 Apple Vision 框架处理，数据储存在本机沙盒及可选的 iCloud 容器中。
The App does not request camera, photo library, screen recording, or calendar system permissions. All file imports use the standard system file picker panel. Text recognition is processed on device using Apple's Vision framework. Data is stored in the local sandbox and the optional iCloud container.
3. 数据同步 / Data synchronization
iCloud 跨设备同步（含案件信息、日程及文档）为高级会员功能，需具备有效的 CourtNote 高级会员资格后方可开启。启用后相关数据通过 Apple CloudKit 在同一 Apple ID 的设备间同步，PDF 可能按需下载到本机缓存。我们不向自建或第三方服务器上传这些内容。
iCloud cross-device synchronization (including cases, schedules, and documents) is a premium membership feature that requires an active CourtNote premium entitlement. When enabled, relevant data syncs across devices sharing the same Apple ID via Apple CloudKit. PDFs may download on demand and remain cached locally. We do not upload this content to our own or third-party servers.
三、账户与同步 / III. Account and Sync
本应用不提供独立注册账号。iCloud 同步依赖您的 Apple ID 与 Apple CloudKit，您可随时在设置中关闭。 The App does not provide an independent registration account. iCloud sync relies on your Apple ID and Apple CloudKit, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.
关闭 iCloud 后，新的日程和文档变更不再写入云端；既有 iCloud 数据的保留与删除以 Apple 服务规则为准。 After disabling iCloud, new schedule and document changes will no longer be written to the cloud; existing data in iCloud is subject to Apple's service rules.
四、会员资格 / IV. Membership
macOS 客户端通过 Apple App Store 内购提供与 iPhone 端一致的 CourtNote 会员购买、恢复购买与本机资格校验；不提供外部购买链接或第三方支付入口。 The macOS client provides App Store in-app purchase, restore, and local entitlement verification for the same CourtNote membership products used by the iPhone version. It does not provide external purchase links or third-party payment.
同一 App Store 账号下已购买的有效会员资格可在 iPhone 与 Mac 使用。为支持跨端连续使用，应用也可在同一 iCloud 账号下读取由 iPhone 端写入的已验证会员状态。云端同步仍依赖系统 iCloud 账号与 CloudKit；App Store 购买账号和 iCloud 数据同步账号由 Apple 系统分别管理。 A valid membership purchased under the same App Store account can be used on iPhone and Mac. To support cross-device continuity, the App may also read an iPhone-written, verified membership status from the same user's iCloud account. iCloud sync still relies on the system iCloud account and CloudKit; Apple manages App Store purchases and iCloud data sync as separate account contexts.
如需管理或取消通过 App Store 订阅的会员资格，请在系统的 Apple ID 订阅管理中操作。 To manage or cancel a membership billed through the App Store, use the system Apple ID subscription management screen.
五、用户内容与合规使用 / V. User Content and Compliant Use
您在本应用中创建/导入的文档、案件、日程等内容的权利归您或相应权利人所有。 The rights to documents, cases, schedules, and other content you create/import in the App belong to you or the respective rights holder.
您承诺不利用本应用从事违法违规、侵权或破坏安全机制的行为。 You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that violates laws and regulations or the legitimate rights of third parties, and not to reverse-engineer or bypass the App's security mechanisms.
六、知识产权 / VI. Intellectual Property
本应用之软件及界面等由开发者依法享有相应权利。 The software and interfaces of the App are protected by rights owned by the developer.
您对自行创建/导入的内容保留权利，授予本应用在设备本地范围内为实现功能之必要的非排他使用许可。 You retain rights to the content you create/import, and grant the App a non-exclusive, on-device license limited to what is necessary to provide the App's functions.
七、软件许可与更新 / VII. Software License and Updates
本应用以"按现状"和"按可用性"提供；为改进体验，可能不时发布更新或变更功能。 The App is provided "as is" and "as available"; updates or feature changes may be released from time to time to improve the experience.
八、责任限制 / VIII. Limitation of Liability
在法律允许范围内，因不可抗力、系统/网络故障、设备原因、或 iCloud 服务变更等导致的服务中断、数据丢失、同步异常，开发者不承担赔偿责任。 To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for service interruption, data loss, or sync anomalies caused by force majeure, system/network failures, device issues, or changes to iCloud services.
九、第三方服务 / IX. Third-Party Services
iCloud/CloudKit 由 Apple 提供并适用其服务条款与隐私政策。macOS 客户端内无嵌入式第三方支付或广告 SDK。 iCloud/CloudKit is provided by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. No third-party payment or advertising SDKs are embedded in the macOS client.
十、协议变更 / X. Changes to the Agreement
本协议可能随业务或法律政策变化进行更新。重大变更将通过应用内"设置-法律与隐私"或官方网站提示。 This Agreement may be updated due to business or legal changes. For material changes, we will notify you via Settings → Legal & Privacy in the App or on our official website.
十一、争议解决 / XI. Dispute Resolution
本协议受中国大陆法律管辖。因本协议产生的争议，协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决；GDPR 适用范围内的强制性消费者保护规则不受影响。 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mainland China. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the developer's domicile. Mandatory consumer protection rules within the scope of GDPR remain unaffected.
