引言 / Introduction
庭记（CourtNote）非常重视用户隐私与数据安全。本政策适用于您使用 庭记（CourtNote）桌面版客户端的全部功能。我们遵循中国大陆法律（包括但不限于《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》《网络安全法》）并在需要时兼顾 GDPR 要求。
CourtNote attaches great importance to user privacy and data security. This policy applies to your use of all features of the CourtNote desktop client. We follow the laws of Mainland China (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, and the Cybersecurity Law) and make reference to GDPR requirements where necessary.
一、我们处理的数据类型 / I. Types of Data We Process
1. 文档与 PDF（本地） / Documents and PDFs (Local)
您通过文件选取器导入的 PDF 文件默认仅存储在设备本地沙盒，不上传至我们或第三方服务器。
PDF files you import via the file picker are stored in the local sandbox of your device by default and are not uploaded to us or third parties.
2. 应用数据（本地/可选 iCloud） / App Data (Local / Optional iCloud)
案件信息、日程、偏好设置等数据默认保存在本地；iCloud 跨设备同步（含案件信息、日程及文档）为高级会员功能，需通过 App Store 校验有效 CourtNote 高级会员资格，或在同一 iCloud 账号下读取 iPhone 端已验证会员状态后方可开启。启用后相关数据通过 Apple CloudKit 在同一 Apple ID 设备间同步，PDF 可能按需下载到本机缓存。
Case information, schedules, preferences, and other data are stored locally by default. iCloud cross-device synchronization (including cases, schedules, and documents) is a premium membership feature that requires App Store verification of an active CourtNote premium entitlement, or recognition of an iPhone-verified membership status under the same iCloud account, before it can be enabled. When enabled, relevant data syncs across devices sharing the same Apple ID via Apple CloudKit; PDFs may be downloaded on demand and cached locally.
3. 本机文字识别结果 / On-device text recognition results
当您主动使用传票识别或文档文字提取时，应用会在本机使用 Apple Vision 框架处理所选文件，识别结果用于预填日程或展示给您复制，不会发送至我们或第三方服务器。
When you actively use summons recognition or document text extraction, the App processes the selected files on device using Apple's Vision framework. Recognition results are used to prefill schedules or shown for you to copy, and are not sent to us or third-party servers.
4. 权限说明 / Permissions
本应用不申请相机、相册、屏幕录制或日历系统权限：所有 PDF 通过 macOS 标准文件选取面板（NSOpenPanel）导入；日程数据储存于应用自有 Core Data 数据库，不写入系统日历。
No camera, photo library, screen recording, or calendar system permissions are requested: All PDFs are imported via the standard macOS file picker (NSOpenPanel). Schedule data is stored in the App's own Core Data database and is not written to the system calendar.
5. 诊断与日志（本地） / Diagnostics & Logs (Local)
为排查故障，应用可能在本地记录有限日志，不会自动上传；如需协助，您可自行发送给我们。
To troubleshoot issues, the App may keep limited logs locally; logs are not uploaded automatically. You may share them with us at your discretion.
二、处理目的与法律依据 / II. Purposes and Legal Bases
1. 目的 / Purposes
实现 PDF 文档导入与管理、案件与日程记录、本机文字识别、缩略图与缓存加速，以及可选的 iCloud 跨设备同步（高级会员功能）。
PDF document import and management, case and schedule recording, on-device text recognition, thumbnailing and caching for performance, and optional iCloud cross-device synchronization (premium feature).
2. 法律依据 / Legal Bases
您的同意（如启用 iCloud 同步）、履行与您之间的服务关系、在不影响您权益的前提下基于提升稳定性与安全性的必要性。
Your consent (e.g., enabling iCloud sync), performance of a service relationship with you, and necessity for stability and security without prejudice to your rights.
三、数据存储与期限 / III. Storage and Retention
1. 本地存储 / Local storage
文档与应用数据主要保存在设备本地，缓存采用自动清理策略。您可在"设置"中触发存储清理。
Documents and app data are primarily stored on your device; caches are automatically managed. You can trigger a storage cleanup in Settings.
2. iCloud / CloudKit
当您开启同步后，相关案件、日程与 PDF 由 Apple 负责存储和传输，并适用其加密与访问控制机制。我们不直接访问您的 iCloud 账户。
When enabled, relevant cases, schedules, and PDFs are stored and transmitted by Apple using its encryption and access-control mechanisms. We do not directly access your iCloud account.
3. 保留期限 / Retention
数据在您设备存在期间保留；您可随时删除文档、案件或日程，并通过"存储清理"清除缓存。
Data is retained while it exists on your device. You may delete documents, cases, or schedules at any time and clear caches via the storage cleanup option.
四、共享与第三方 / IV. Sharing and Third Parties
我们不向第三方出售、出租或与其共享您的个人信息与文档。 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or documents with third parties.
不进行广告跟踪，不嵌入第三方统计 SDK。 No ad tracking and no embedded third-party analytics SDKs.
五、跨境传输 / V. Cross-Border Transfers
本应用不自建服务器、不主动跨境传输您的数据。若您开启 iCloud，同步与存储由 Apple 提供并可能涉及跨境传输，适用 Apple 的隐私与合规规则。
The App does not maintain its own servers and does not actively transfer your data across borders. If you enable iCloud, synchronization and storage are provided by Apple and may involve cross-border transfers subject to Apple's privacy and compliance rules.
六、您的权利 / VI. Your Rights
访问与复制 / Access & copy：您可在应用内查看与导出 PDF 文档。 View and export PDF documents within the App.
更正与删除 / Rectification & deletion：可编辑案件与日程，或直接删除文档/记录。 Edit cases and schedules, or delete records directly.
撤回同意 / Withdraw consent：可随时在"设置"中关闭 iCloud 同步。 Turn off iCloud synchronization at any time in Settings.
数据可携带 / Data portability：您可通过导出 PDF 或复制本地文件的方式实现数据迁移。 Export PDFs or copy local files to migrate your data.
七、未成年人保护 / VII. Protection of Minors
本应用面向成年用户，不以未成年人为主要对象。如为不满 14 周岁之未成年人使用，请在监护人同意与指导下进行。
The App is intended for adult users and is not primarily directed at minors. If you are under 14 years of age, please use the App with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
八、安全措施 / VIII. Security Measures
依赖 macOS 沙盒机制、Apple 提供的安全加密框架；建议您为 Mac 设置强密码并妥善保管 iCloud 账号。
We rely on the macOS sandbox, Apple's encryption frameworks, and system security mechanisms. We recommend setting a strong password for your Mac and keeping your iCloud account secure.
九、政策更新 / IX. Updates to this Policy
我们可能因业务/法律变化更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内"设置-法律与隐私"或官方网站提示。
We may update this policy due to business or legal changes. For material changes, we will notify you via Settings → Legal & Privacy in the App or on our official website.
